Danny van Dongen – Founder & Visionary Behind Dutch Race Driver Group
Danny van Dongen is the founder and mastermind behind Dutch Race Driver Group (DRDG). As a GT driver and coach of young racing talents, he has proven himself in international motorsports. He is also the owner of Hankook Motorsports USA and currently resides in the United States, where he continues to expand his motorsport empire.
As the creative brain behind DRDG, Danny is always looking for new opportunities and unique solutions. For him, nothing is too crazy, no challenge too big, and no mountain too high. His boundless energy and eternal optimism inspire everyone around him. With his extensive experience on and off the track and his focus on innovation, he is the driving force behind the Dutch Race Driver Academy.
Jan Paul van Dongen – Racing Expert & Tire Specialist
Jan Paul van Dongen is a highly experienced motorsport professional with an impressive background. He has spent years racing in Formula Ford, gaining extensive knowledge of the sport. At Dutch Race Driver Academy, he applies this expertise daily to help (young) drivers progress.
In addition to his role at DRDA, Jan Paul is the owner of Race Tyres and a true specialist in racing tires—he knows exactly how the right rubber can make all the difference on track.
Within the team, Jan Paul is the practical thinker who always finds a solution. Problems? They don’t exist for him—only challenges that need to be tackled. Whether it’s technical assistance, tire advice, or an unexpected situation, he is always ready with a solution. His knowledge and dedication make him an invaluable part of the Academy.
Floortje Snoek – Organizational Powerhouse of Dutch Race Driver Group
Floortje Snoek is the organizational powerhouse behind Dutch Race Driver Academy. Thanks to her excellent planning and management skills, drivers, trainers, and parents can fully focus on racing. She arranges everything—from renting suitable training cars to handling license applications—and is always the first to step in when support is needed.
With years of experience as an international timekeeper, Floortje knows the world of motorsport inside and out. As a co-founder of the Academy, she played a crucial role in creating an environment where young talents can develop to their full potential. Her calm demeanor, structured approach, and unwavering support make her indispensable, both on and off the track.
Scott Swart – Team Owner & Coach at SR Solutions
Scott Swart is the driving force behind SR Solutions, a karting team based in Alkmaar focused on the Rotax Max Senior class. At just 25 years old, he has built a successful team, with a highlight being a one-two finish in the first round of the NK Rotax Max in Berghem.
Scott’s philosophy is clear: quality over quantity. By limiting his team to a maximum of six drivers, he ensures that each one gets the attention they need. In addition to competing in the NK, SR Solutions also races in the BMC Championship and is exploring participation in the BNL and Euro Series.
Young talent thrives under Scott’s guidance, as seen with drivers like Luca van Leer, who secured a podium finish in Kerpen immediately after transitioning to Scott’s team.

Peter de Roo – Mentor & Development Coach
Peter de Roo is the experienced mentor at SR Solutions and the Junior Academy, focusing on the development of aspiring racing drivers. With his extensive motorsport knowledge, he provides valuable advice and mental coaching to young talents taking their first steps in the racing world.
His coaching approach is based on personal experience from his own racing career and his active role in motorsports. His calm and structured teaching methods during DRDA courses help students quickly feel comfortable, boosting their confidence and learning process.
In addition to his role as a coach, Peter has a background as a race director in karting, giving him sharp insight into the rules and dynamics of the sport. His deep knowledge and steady guidance make him a vital asset to both the Junior Academy and DRDA.
Dani de Bruin – Intern & Racing Enthusiast
Dani de Bruin is an intern at Dutch Race Driver Group, working on the Dutch Race Driver Junior Academy as part of her graduation project. In addition to her internship, Dani is also an active racing driver, competing with her Toyota Aygo.
A passionate motorsport fan, Dani attends the Grand Prix every year. She is currently studying editorial design at the Graphic Design Lyceum, further developing her creativity and interest in visual communication. Her dream is to build a career in motorsports in the future.
