The undersigned, participant in this event at Circuit Park Zandvoort, declares that he/she is aware of the fact that participation in the said event entails risks of damage/injury/ property damage and consequential damage for him/her as well as for third parties, including visitors, public, pit crew, etc., as well as for his/her goods and/or the goods of third parties. The participant takes these risks explicitly for his/her account. Dutch Race Driver Academy, Circuit Park Zandvoort and the OCA, their respective board members, officials and employees accept no liability for any damage suffered by the participant in connection with this event, unless such damage is due to intent or gross negligence. The participant declares that he / she nor the Dutch Race Driver Academy, Circuit Park Zandvoort, KNAF, OCA and / or their respective board members, officials and employees, nor the above mentioned legal entities and persons will be liable for any damages suffered by him / her, material or immaterial, including personal injury. The participant declares to be certain that the owner of the car with which he or she is participating agrees to participate in this event and is aware of all risks that may result from this. The participant also declares that he/she will drive the car himself/herself and, if not, accepts all risks of any other driver as his/her own, as well as that the car meets the noise standards applicable to this event. This indemnity covers all event events during this event.
Cancellations can only be made in writing (email) up to two weeks prior to the start of the course. In case of cancellation within two weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged. In case of force majeure due to external factors, the organization is entitled to move the event to another date.
